• The Aircraft Ditching Egress Practical Trainer (ADEPT)

  This simulator design represents a revolutionary leap in the delivery of aircraft ditching Underwater Escape Training (UET) at locations closer to fight operations centres, saving time and money for organizations with a requirement to train their rotary or fixed wing aircrew in UET.
  It is the most versatile and robust UET unit available without involving a hoist/crane.

  On request, accurate representations of almost any aircraft specific exits can be provided. With easily moveable seats and exits, the ADEPT can be configured to represent both ‘rollover capsize’ (commonly associated with helicopter ditching) and pitch pole end-over-end capsizes (normally associated with fixed wing ditchings).

• Rotates on a stationary base unit 360 degrees vertically
• Exits are removable/replaceable in minutes with no tools required
• Seats can be removed/replaced in minutes with minimal tools
• On request, accurate representations of almost any aircraft specific exits can be provided
• The ADEPT is height adjustable, and can be used in almost any existing pool or appropriate body of water
• Seat harnesses are configured with Emergency Release Systems
• With easily moveable seats and exits, the ADEPT can be configured to represent both ‘rollover capsize’ (commonly associated with helicopter ditching) and pitch pole end-over-end capsizes (normally associated with fixed wing ditchings)
• A variety of exits are available, including commonly used ‘push out’ helicopter representative windows and ‘mechanical’ windows and doors
• Allows for users to meet full underwater escape training objectives through use of representative aircraft seats, harnesses and exits
• Ergonomic design and allows for cross cabin egress exercises through the use of double seats
• Training staff can see trainees throughout the entire operation, and can guide and assist trainees at any time
