SSTL has formed a collaboration with Virtual Marine to offer the training and competency assessment at our St. John’s, NL, location, (Virtual Marine, 20 Hallett Crescent, Suite 100.)
We offer the following courses utilizing Virtual Marine’s state of the art lifeboat and Fast Rescue Boat simulators:
- Annual Lifeboat Launch Competency – (Advanced) Coxswain Training
- Proficiency in Free Fall Lifeboats (FFB)
- Proficiency in Free Fall Lifeboats – Refresher (REF-FFB)
- STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats other than Fast Rescue Boats – Refresher (PSC-R)
